Birthday's were the worst days, now we sip champagne when we thirstaaay'

I made it, I'm finally 21! What other occasion to dedicate my first ever blog post to than my 21st birthday weekender.

I’m getting old, time to stock up on those anti wrinkle creams and I could swear I woke up with a grey hair this morning. Time really flies, one minute your playing with your barbie dolls and still recall my 10 year old self saying that by this age I'll be happily married with a house and baby twins. Obviously that didn't happen, but I do have some great moments to look back on.

London has been blessed with some glorious weather this summer, and luckily I'm a July baby. So for my birthday I decided to celebrate it at my first ever music festival, Wireless. With amazing artists such as Frank Ocean, Snoop Dogg, Miguel and Justin Timberlake headlining, it was an opportunity I couldn't pass.

In true festival style we made our way to the Queen Olympic Stadium armed with a load of antibacterial gel and flowers in our hair ready to shake a leg...

As you can see we were rarely seen without a drink in our hand which is religion at festivals as I'm told. With the sun shining at music blasting from three different stages, choosing which performances to see deemed difficult. The best performance of the night had to go to Mr. Timberlake himself, who spoiled us rotten with tracks from his new album 'The 20/20 Experience' as well as  his old classics, 'Senorita', 'Like I love You' and even an acoustic 'Cry Me a River'. The biggest surprise of the night was when Jay Z himself jumped on stage to perform their hit 'Suit and Tie'.

Overall it was an amazing experience and I really wished I purchased tickets fro all three days. Glastonbury next year anyone?
