Pizza, Pasta, Pisa

A little late but better late than never right? Now that I've got a new card reader, I can upload all my snaps from my recent travels.

In October, the girls and I booked a girly, carb fueled weekend in Italy for Rowena's birthday, sex and the city style!

First stop: Pisa

After checking into our Air B'n'B, we took the afternoon to wander the quiet streets of Pisa and found ourselves a spot for lunch. It's a small town so you can get everywhere easily by foot. I find that is the best way to get to know a city, to just get lost in the streets and take everything in.

Dinner at Nando - no, not the chicken restaurant we all know and love but a cosy family run restaurant specialising in seafood. If you are ever in Pisa, do not miss this gem, especially as it's just around the corner from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
